Team Alignment and Strategic Roadmap Process
In this 60-90 day interactive process, the Leadership Team builds momentum, buy-in and improves outcomes by collecting perspectives across the organization, uncovering areas of readiness and innovative ideas not yet surfaced through current systems and processes. The data collected informs the development of a Strategic Framework that includes organizational targets, metrics, key levers and more. Beyond clarifying the strategic objectives, the Leadership Team deeply focuses on developing the skills and the ways of working to ensure they are positioned to collaborate, make decisions and realign to accomplish what they set out to achieve, together.This process is designed to help Leadership Teams:
• Establish a shared understanding of three and five year targets that support advancing the organization’s mission.
• Develop associated key strategies and initiatives to reach the three and five year targets.
• Solidify cross-functional interdependencies to deliver on the strategies and initiatives.
• Build cohesion and strengthen partnerships across the Leadership Team to enable their collective speed and agility toward those targets.
• Position the Leadership Team to lead the organization to achieve its goals.
